Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days after the customer receives the product.

The return shipping arrangement is subject to agreement.

Conditions for Returning Products of Proper Quality

Returns and exchanges of products of proper quality are accepted provided that:

  • The product retains its original appearance, without any signs of use or operation;
  • The original packaging is intact, including all labels and tags;
  • Documents confirming the purchase are provided (shipping waybill, receipt).

To Arrange a Return or Exchange, You Need To:

  1. Send an email to d.luna@ukr.net or call +380974435917 указанному in the “Contact Information” section.
    In the subject line of the email, indicate “Exchange” or “Return”, your order number, card number for the refund, and the reason for the return.
  2. Send the product via “Nova Poshta” to the following address:
    Kyiv, Nova Poshta branch No. 241.

The cost of delivery or return of defective goods is covered by the seller, while the return of goods of proper quality is covered by the buyer.
